We use the contact, account, order, payment-reference, and support information needed to provide requested services. Card numbers and security codes are handled by Mercado Pago, not by Online Help.
Purpose and service providers
Account data supports authentication and customer service. Payment references support billing and reconciliation. Email delivery may use Resend; hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the service. Confirm the providers, legal bases, retention periods, and any international transfers before launch.
Access and control
In your account you can correct profile information, export basic personal data, and request access or deletion. Requests are recorded for review; legal and accounting retention obligations may limit deletion.
Remote access
Each support session requires explicit authorization. Temporary access codes should not be stored in tickets. No permanent unattended access is included unless separately agreed.
Privacy contact
The owner must configure a monitored privacy email before launch.
