Cancellation and Refund Policy

Use the "Withdraw from purchase" button on the order page, also linked from your account, or the contact form with the reason "Cancellation or withdrawal". We confirm receipt by email immediately. If no support hours were used, the full amount is refunded through Mercado Pago to the original payment method. If support has already started, the request is reviewed considering the service provided and your rights, and we reply within 5 days. After that period, contact Online Help with your order or ticket number to request cancellation or refund. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. The final deadlines and conditions must be reviewed before launch. Unused and partially used packages We review payment status, service already provided, unused credit, and any applicable rights. Refunds must reconcile support credit so the refunded amount does not remain available for use. Partially used packages require administrative review. Timing Refund processing depends on the payment method and provider. We do not promise an unverified settlement date. A submitted request is not itself confirmation that money has reached the customer.
