The technician must not start a session without your recorded authorization. Use official software and share only the information necessary for assistance. Avoid sharing account passwords; enter credentials yourself where possible. Close private files before beginning. Remote sessions are not recorded by this application. Normal assistance does not grant permanent unattended access. Separate managed-device arrangements require a separate explicit agreement. Remote support cannot replace physical repair where hardware has failed. Back up important files where feasible. The final allocation of responsibilities must be reviewed before publication.
